The Gold Show was a big hit again this year. There were LOTS of people checking out all the vendors.
Speakers included PLP, Minelab, AMRA, Gold Cube, Author Dr. Erik Melchiorre who wrote: Gold Atlas of Quartzsite, Octave Gold Mine: The Golden Queen of Rich Hill, Arizona, and more. Author Reese Townes who wrote Nugget Shooter.
The Quartzsite Gold Show supports local nonprofits. The Quartzsite Metal Detector Club, the Gem & Mineral Club, the Historical Society all had booths. And The Food Bank had a GREAT food drive.
The 4-H had the most hilarious and fun “Chicken Poop Bingo” fundraiser.
